Dr. Judy Wright Biography
Dr. Judy Wright is an accomplished medical director, author, and speaker who is dedicated to promoting health and wellness, stress management, and life balance. Born, raised, and educated in New York City, Dr. Wright received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology before earning her medical degree. After completing her Family Medicine residency, she worked as a Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center School of Medicine in NYC. She also gained extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings, before transitioning into the managed care space.
With over 20 years of experience as a family physician, Dr. Wright approaches each client - whether a patient, a customer, or a mentee - through a holistic lens. She believes that a person is much more than just their diagnosis or lack thereof and encourages her clients to learn about themselves and understand their individual needs to manage and optimize their overall health and well-being. Dr. Wright empowers women leaders experiencing overwhelm to take charge of their professional and personal lives and overall well-being through consistent stress management, mindset shift, tailored self-care, and accountability.
Dr. Wright is the co-host of the Queens On Call podcast and co-author of the book "Self-Care is not a Mani-Pedi."
